Welcome to SiberianSvasyst ToS, this bot developed to facilitate information dissemination and coordination among citizens of the Independent Republic of Siberia.
Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using this service. By accessing or using SiberianSvasyst, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms:

1. Service Limitations:
   SiberianSvasyst is operated by an independent organization with limited resources. As such, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or stable connectivity. Service disruptions may occur without prior notice.
2. Communication Routing:
   The bot facilitates telecommunications that are routed through our servers and subsequently through infrastructure within the Russian Federation.
3. User Responsibility:
   You are solely responsible for your use of the SiberianSvasyst bot and any communications made through it. You acknowledge that any consequences arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to legal ramifications, are your sole responsibility.
4. No Liability:
   We are not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the SiberianSvasyst bot, including any misuse or abuse of the service by you or any third party. This includes, but is not limited to any other abuse in regards of our bot.
